Rachel is a mother of 1 and a perinatal wellbeing, birth and motherhood expert. She has experience working within the NHS, the charity sector, and privately supporting women to improve their mindset for birth as well as general mental health and wellbeing.
After having her own complex birth and lived experience with perinatal mental health issues, she is passionate about supporting other parents to develop healthy habits for their minds, to prepare for birth positively and to move on from a difficult birth. She also runs successful relaxation groups for mums.
