Teaching Experience

I recognise how important life-long learning is for everyone, and I want to use my skills and experience to make it as interactive, holistic and fun as possible! I understand the physical, mental, and emotional benefits wellness can have in all aspects of life. I help people achieve their health goals in nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress.

Also, I am the host of a health podcast that empowers the listener to take ownership of their own health and to recognise that health is a practice, not an idea.

Here is a testimonial from Anna, one of my clients - “knowledgeable, supportive, reliable, curious, kind and passionate about well being. Charlie is all of that and more as a Health Coach practitioner.”

About Charlie T

I first became curious about holistic health, from the long-standing ancestral ideas to the latest scientific breakthroughs, because I grew up above my Dad’s Osteopathic practice, and I saw him help so many people. For the past ten years, I have been exploring my own health in order to heal my poor digestion, lack of energy and my relationship with food. I have delved deep into many different modalities of health, lived in both India and China, and have been fortunate to learn from some of the best health professionals in the world. I can honestly say I now feel the healthiest I have ever been because I have healed my issues at the root cause. Through these experiences, I have also been able to support many people with their own health. As well as being a Health Coach, I am a Jiu-Jitsu purple belt, and I manage two yoga studios in London.

I believe that health is a vehicle, not a destination. If you have good health then you are able to fully live your life and do what you want to do. However, when you have poor health it can quickly become all-encompassing. We all must seek to become the healthiest version of ourselves, but what does that mean to you?
